Les Arrels del Cel 2021

The flagship orange wine from Amos is harvested from half a hectare of 60-year-old vines hidden in a clearing in a forest, ten days of skin contact before a gentle pressing and slow fermentation of two months. It is transferred to 300-litre French oak barrels, where it rests until bottling.
