Cherry Red ~ Floral Spice ~ Earthy

Pinot Noir from Côte de Nuits parcels, aged in ex Romanée Conti barrels, farmed without chemicals. Hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats, then aged in older Burgundy barrels before bottling with minimal handling.
