For one day only, we’re handing over the bar to Valli Unite – the long-standing co-operative from the hills of Piedmont. Expect vintages old and new by the glass and bottle, with salumi from their farm on the snack menu.

We first met Valli Unite back in 2007 – a ‘united valley’ of farmers, bakers, butchers and creatives who’ve lived and worked together since 1981. Their wines are natural, honest and deeply rooted in community. Today, over 40 members live and work together across vineyards, butchery, restaurant, guesthouse and farm – a co-operative model that’s still thriving.

We’ll also be pouring at @bedrockfair – come taste some of the latest arrivals with us there on Sunday.
