Gamay from a newly acquired biodynamically farmed parcel of 50 year old vines planted on a red granite rich parcel with volcanic subsoil. Slopes are very steep at 450m. This is the neighbouring parcel to Roue Libre.

Semi-carbonic maceration in closed concrete tanks before being pressed very slowly and aged in concrete.
