A hybrid invented in Switzerland in the 1970s as a crossbreed of Gamay and Reichensteiner, created for its high resistance to grey rot. Harvested from a parcel in Fully, Valais on Gneiss soils at 870m. 7 days maceration of Gamaret (50% of total volume) in a direct press of Gamaret (50% of total volume). Aging in tank.
